Be the First to Create Art with
Ultra Black Carbon Powder
Made from CO₂ by Homeostasis!
Homeostasis transforms CO₂ emissions into deep black powdered carbon through a unique process that combines mineralization with electrolysis, addressing carbon removal and production simultaneously. In partnership with Atierra, Homeostasis collaborates with artists to replace traditional drawing materials with carbon powder derived from CO₂.
Bringing Together Carbon Removers, Artists, and Art Collectors to
Lock Away CO₂ Through Art.
Carbon Removal Partners Remove CO₂ from the Air
CO₂ levels, now over 400 ppm, are at their highest in 400,000 years, fueling global warming. Carbon removal is crucial to eliminate and lock away the CO₂ already accumulated in our atmosphere. At Atierra, we partner with pioneering companies that remove CO₂ from the air and transform it into stable forms like carbon and calcium carbonate.
Artists Utilize Mediums Made from CO₂ to Create Expressive Artwork
Artists purchase these materials from our platform to create carbon-removed paintings, sketches, and sculptures. By incorporating these materials, their creations not only lock away carbon dioxide but also inspire further climate action through meaningful dialogue about the importance of climate solutions.
Atierra Measures and Certifies Carbon Storage in the Artwork
Atierra is currently developing protocols to measure and establish standards for quantifying the amount of CO₂ stored in artwork. Once verified, artists will receive certification, enabling them to sell their pieces at a premium to passionate collectors.
Art Collectors Acquire Carbon-Removed Masterpieces
Artists sell their certified carbon-removed creations on our platform to passionate collectors. By purchasing and showcasing these works, art collectors actively take climate action while creating demand for the artists' creations and the materials provided by Atierra's partners, collectively advancing carbon removal efforts.

Atierra's Calcium Carbonate Powder
that Locks Away CO₂.
The gallery showcases the world’s first paintings made with acrylic paints blended with Atierra's calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) powder that locks away CO₂. Using lime-based chemistry, atmospheric CO₂ was removed and transformed into CaCO₃. In this project, Atierra partnered with artists to craft acrylic artworks featuring CaCO₃ derived from removed CO₂.
