1. Order Processing Time

1.1 Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
1.2 Custom or personalized painting orders may require additional processing time, which will be specified at checkout.

2. Domestic Shipping

2.1 We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days from the shipping date.
2.2 Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost and can be selected at checkout.

3. International Shipping

3.1 We offer international shipping to select countries.
3.2 Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 2-4 weeks.
3.3 All international customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries. These fees are not included in the purchase price and must be paid separately.

 

4. Shipping Costs

4.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the painting, as well as the shipping destination.
4.2 Costs will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.

 

5. Tracking & Notifications

5.1 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
5.2 You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package until it arrives at its destination.

 

6. Packaging & Protection

6.1 All paintings are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
6.2 We use sturdy, protective materials designed specifically for art shipping.

 

7. Damaged or Lost Items

7.1 If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
7.2 We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, based on the circumstances.
7.3 If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

 

8. Service Interruptions & Delays

8.1 Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing delays, or carrier issues may impact delivery times.
8.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers but will do our best to assist with any issues.
